We are already smack dab in the middle of October. Where has the year gone? Fall is in full effect. If you don't want to wait until Halloween to show off your costume, put it on and head out to the Havasu Harvest Festival 2025.

What: Havasu Harvest Festival 2025

When: October 18, 2025, from 2 pm to 8 pm

Two weeks before Halloween night, take your costume out for a test spin. Come out to Prospector RV for the Harvest Festival. There will be face painting, food trucks, vendors, and more. Purchase your pumpkin for this year's Jack-o-Lantern from the pumpkin patch. And, of course, the kids get to go trick-or-treating as well. In addition to all of the goodies, the festival includes a pet adoption. From 3 pm to 6 pm, the Humane Society brings several pets from the local shelter for the public to interact with. You never know. You might find your next furry family member to take home.

Looking for something a little different and out of the way to do during the winter in Lake Havasu? Visit the Havasu Bunker Bar or the Desert Bar. The Bunker Bar is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and is off the beaten path in Lake Havasu. The Desert Bar, on the other hand, stays open on Saturdays and Sundays only and is located in the Parker area. They are open every weekend except for Easter Sunday. The Desert Bar operates on solar power. They only accept cash. So make sure you bring plenty with you. While passenger vehicles may be able to maneuver through the trails to get to the bars, it is recommended that you take an off-road vehicle or 4x4 to get there.
