If you have never participated in any restaurant week events, here is a quick rundown. Each participating restaurant features a special pre-fixe menu specifically created for this event. These menus typically include a starter and an entree as well as a dessert. The price of each meal varies from restaurant to restaurant. One of the great things about events like this is that it provides you with the perfect opportunity to visit a restaurant you have never been to before. That may include a pricier restaurant. But instead of spending big bucks, you only pay one set price. Or you can go to one of your tried-and-true favorites and simply try something that you might not normally find on the menu. But since it's prepared in the kitchens of places you frequent, you know it's going to be good.
