Did anyone catch Balloon Fest last weekend? If you didn't make it out to Lake Havasu State Park, I hope you at least looked up at the skies over the lake. So many colorful balloons in the air. This weekend, Lake Havasu Winterfest Street Fest 2026 fills up downtown streets.

Winterfest is one of the most highly anticipated winter events here in Lake Havasu City. Literally tens of thousands of people pack McCulloch Blvd each year just for this one weekend. 2026 marks its 40th year. And it costs nothing to attend. Winterfest spans the entire weekend. It features more than 200 vendors lining McCulloch Blvd on both days. Food trucks keep you belly full with whatever strikes your fancy.

 

Live music keeps those toes tapping. On Saturday, Crosscutt, a local Havasu band, plays their version of rock and blues from noon to 4 pm. Marshall Star plays country rock from 11 am to 3 pm on Sunday. And not to leave your kiddos out of the fun, a free Kids Zone will be set up with games and activities designed specifically with them in mind.
