Lake Havasu Balloon Festival 2025
We at the Sunstone Real Estate Group hope that everyone enjoyed Christmas with their loved ones this year. New Year's Eve is just five days away. Can you believe it?! The first big event of 2025 takes place the second week of the new year: the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival. You might want to start planning your time now, though. It's quite a popular event!

Havasu Holiday Boat Parade of Lights 2024
While cities across the United States fight cold winter days, we still enjoy much warmer temperatures. In fact, we still hit highs in the low 70s even in December! That's why people love to "winter" in our town. With weather this nice, we still enjoy life on the lake with events like the Havasu Holiday Boat Parade of Lights 2024.

When: Saturday, December 14th, from 6 pm to 9 pm

Unfortunately, if you have not already registered to participate in the Boat Parade of Lights, it's too late to do so. However, spectators enjoy the sights for free. All you need to do is head to the English Village, Rotary Park, London Bridge State Park, or London Bridge Beach. All offer great views of the boats going through the Bridgewater Channel. London Bridge Resort Ice Skating Now Open
Feel that chill in the air? That can only mean one thing: winter's a-comin'. Even in the desert, our temperatures dip a little during the winter months. While Thanksgiving may still be a week away, London Bridge Resort ice skating has already hit the town.
What: London Bridge Resort Ice Skating

When: 4 pm to 9 pm Wed & Thurs, 4 pm to 10:30 pm Fri & Sat, 4 pm to 8 pm Sun, Closed Mon & Tues
Admission: $8 to $15 per hour

Ice Skating in Lake Havasu
The calendar may still say it's fall, but the Resort wants to make it feel like winter. Last weekend, they opened up their ice skating rink to the public. It costs just $15 per adult (ages 13 and up), $13 per kid ages six to 12, and $8 per child aged five or younger for one hour on the ice. That price includes skate rental as well.
This makes a fun evening to bring out-of-town guests to during the holidays. But why wait for guests?Z ...
