Here we are at the end of January already. Can you believe it? And Havasu already hosted two major events: the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival and Buses by the Bridge. Why stop now? This weekend, the Chamber of Commerce puts on its annual Lake Havasu Winterfest Street Festival.

Lake Havasu Balloon Festival 2025

We at the Sunstone Real Estate Group hope that everyone enjoyed Christmas with their loved ones this year. New Year's Eve is just five days away. Can you believe it?! Havasu Holiday Boat Parade of Lights 2024

While cities across the United States fight cold winter days, we still enjoy much warmer temperatures. In fact, we still hit highs in the low 70s even in December! That's why people love to "winter" in our town. With weather this nice, we still enjoy life on the lake with events like the Havasu Holiday Boat Parade of Lights 2024.

Unfortunately, if you have not already registered to participate in the Boat Parade of Lights, it's too late to do so. However, spectators enjoy the sights for free. All you need to do is head to the English Village, Rotary Park, London Bridge State Park, or London Bridge Beach. All offer great views of the boats going through the Bridgewater Channel.
