In Lake Havasu, Halloween is more than just a night. Residents and visitors enjoy a myriad of activities scheduled throughout the entire month of October. Here are a few of the Lake Havasu Halloween events planned for you to choose from.

Witch Hat Night - October 10th from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at Summeray Wine Bar (2097 McCulloch Blvd N). Women With Willpower host this fun Halloween-themed fundraiser. Wear your best witch's hat. You might win a prize. Plus, try to win great prizes in the 50/50 and other raffles. Money raised benefits women in the Lake Havasu area. Food and beverages will be provided to purchase. Must be at least 21 years old to participate.
Prestige Pumpkin Patch - October 18th from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Prestige Assisted Living (90 S Smoketree Ln). First Friday Lake Havasu

As the super-hot summer weather turns into still-warm fall temperatures, going outside after dark gets a little easier to bear. How should you start your weekend off? How about with a little First Friday Lake Havasu event?

First Friday Lake Havasu
Last month began the 2024/2025 season of First Friday events in Lake Havasu. What happens? Well, a lot of things as it turns out. For example, pick up a little something-something from one or more of the 60+ vendors that set up shop along McCulloch Blvd (between Smoketree and Mulberry) for the evening. Desert Bash Poker Run 2024

While snow covers many parts of the rest of the country in the winter, Lake Havasu City enjoys much warmer weather. That provides a huge incentive for people to come and play in the thousands of acres of BLM surrounding our fair town. One of the great events we enjoy happens to be the Desert Bash Poker Run. Since it tends to sell out pretty quickly, you really need to register as soon as possible.

Desert Bash Poker Run 2024
Registration for this year's event opens up on September 15th. Just like the Desert Storm Poker Run that takes place in the spring, participants in Desert Bash race around the desert to pick up a card at each of five different checkpoints. These cards create their poker hand that they turn in at the end. The person with the best hand wins the grand prize.
